This Is a Prepay Only Event.

The Governors Office, in conjunction with the Louisiana Tobacco Control Program, will be providing a Free LTCP/Governors Office T-Shirt to all participants. All teams need to do to receive the free shirts is to have all players complete the below PRIVATE Survey Form. When an adult from the team submits all of the forms, they will be given enough T-Shirts for the team.

In an attempt to improve the overall heath and increase the awareness of the ill effects of tobacco to our children, we ask that you have your team complete this private survey and submit as a team.

TOURNAMENT SHIRTS

There will no Individual Gate Fee. Gate Fees will be paid by the team before they play their first game. This can be paid at the event by cash or check. Teams can collect from the parents before the event, at a practice or at the event. All will be allowed to enter.  This Super NIT Will have a Gate Fee of $250. This Fee can be Paid at the Event.

Teams Should Be Ready To Play on Monday If Needed.
